COVID-19 Lockdown Order Form

How it works once you have filled out this form

  1. We receive your order.
  2. We add you to our system. - You get email notification = Added - This is not the Invoice.
  3. To add to or change your order email orders@sloanesbutchery.co.za
  4. We then print out and add your order to the processing queue.
  5. Once your order is ready we then email your invoice to you. This could take 24hrs depending on stock availability.
  6. You click the "Pay Now" button found in the email and make payment. PLEASE NOTE: Only use the "Pay Now" button in the email do not EFT from your bank account using the printed banking details on the Invoice as this bypasses our online payment gateway. This will result in your order being delayed as we have to now check actual bank account to confirm payment.
  7. We receive payment notification from the bank that payment has been made.
  8. We then phone you to verbally confirm your delivery address.
  9. We will then dispatch your order.
  10. You receive your order
  11. You tell your friends, family and WhatsApp community groups how effortless the system was and they too should place their orders with us. ;-)

Ordering Example:

Please keep the ordering logical and simple so as to minimise unnecessary emailing.Number of Packets x Number of Units x Item Description x Weight.


3 x 4 Rump Steak x 200g = 3 Packets with 4 Steaks in Each.

2 x 4 BBQ Chicken Kebabs = 2 Packets with 4 Kebabs in Each.

4 x 6 Beef Prego Steaks = 4 Packets with 6 Pregos in Each.
